Shipping Policy
At HeadLite, we work hard to ensure that your headlights are handled with care throughout the service process. This policy covers both when you're sending headlights to us and when we return them to you after completion. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
1. Sending Your Headlights to Us (Inbound Shipping)
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their headlights to our facility after booking the service.
Important Notes:
Please contact us before sending your headlights. We’ll confirm the service details and provide the correct shipping address at that time.
All parcels must be packaged securely to prevent transit damage. Use strong boxes and sufficient padding materials.
We recommend using tracked and insured services, and insuring the parcel for the full replacement value of the headlights.
HeadLite is not responsible for any damage or loss during inbound shipping. Any damage claims must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping company.
If we receive a headlight that arrives damaged and the issue was not disclosed prior to shipping, we will pause the service and notify you immediately before proceeding.
2. Return Shipping to You (Outbound Shipping)
Once your headlights are completed, we will carefully repackage them and arrange return shipping.
Details:
We use reliable couriers (primarily DHL or DPD), but may choose another trusted service based on your location.
Shipping is included in the service price with insurance up to £250.
If you require higher insurance coverage, you must inform us in advance, so we can adjust the shipping method and cost accordingly.
You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
Express/next-day delivery is available on request.
HeadLite is not responsible for any damage during return transit. In the rare event of damage, any claims must be made by the customer directly with the courier. We recommend checking the parcel upon arrival and documenting any visible damage.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping for motorcycle headlights only.
Car headlights are not eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, and increased risk of damage.
All international parcels follow the same insurance and claim procedures outlined above.
